Clothing

There is no such thing as bad wheather, only wrong clothes !

For this reason, optimum clothing depends on whether conditions.
Unfortunately, many people ignore this basic principle with the result that training becomes less pleasurable and the body can either become too hot or too cold.

On the one hand, clothing should
                transport sweat and heat efficiently to the surface
or it should provide ample protection from cold, wind & rain.

>> When the weather is warm,
a T-shirt or running vest plus a pair of shorts are sufficient.
>> When the sun is strong, u are advised to use appropriate sports sunglass and a protective cap.
>> In autumn, when the days become cooler, u should also use a training jacket or sweatshirt.
>> And to protect the legs from becoming cold,
long & snug-fitting running pants known as tights or running pants are well regarded.
>> For women several manufacturers offer special sports or running bras.



The material used is actually more important than the fashion aspects of sports clothing.

Since natural fibres such as cotton absorb a lot of humudity and
are considerably rougher than synthetic fibres, they tend to cause skin abrasions.


A sweaty item of clothing sticks to the body &
            with the evaporation of accumulated moisture in low temperatures and
                                                                               strong winds quickly provoke chills.


By contrast, synthetic fibers are smoother & cause less abrasion 2 the skin.
In addtion, they transport sweat from the skin to the outside.

In this way, the skin remains comfortably dry & chills can be avoided.


In the beginning, beginners can safely use their own clothes.
However, in time,
u should invest in more suitable clothing in order 2 avoid potential health risks,
                                                               high-tech fibers are an absolute must

either in extreme weather conditions or long distance competitions.
