Breathing

An upright posture
            gives the breathing organs room to work properly.

Sould u have breathing difficulties,

first check ur posture.
In order to train the upright posture,
open up ur chest and raise ur shoulder towards the ears.

Relax & feel how the shoulders sink &
                                              how the shoulder blades sit in a relaxed position on the chest.

Correct breathing means that u should breathe in deeply,
                                                                                but not at full capacity.

Avoid shallow & rapid breath (or ~ panting).

Each individual should find his/her
                           own individual breathing rhythm.
