Actual Physical Condition

For each sector or yours fitness program (strength, endurance, mobility, speed, coordination....)
you need to define your position.

Besides training-related tests to determine the level of training required and
                            in order to be able to develop a program that is tailor-made for you,

your health should be checked by a physician if you :-

* are over 35 years of age
* have not exercised for a long period of time
* are overweight
* suffer from limited mobility
* are taking medication
* suffer from acute or chronic illnesses of the respiratory tract
* suffer from metabolic disease, such as diabetes mellitus
* have an inflammation
* have a feverish illness
* have an infectious illness
* have organ damage or an injury
* have high blood presure
* suffer from a joint disease ( chronic, inflamed )
* have paintful joint
* or feeling unwell.......................

And now u can begin to set the guidelines of ur training program.

At the beginning of an optimal training guide ur actual physical condition should be determined -
as it were ur starting point - followed by the determination of targets the co-called target conditions.

Only then can a training plan be complied which will
                        accompany u from the start start 2 finish.
