保护心血管/Cardiovascular protection ~

番茄综合鲜果汁

材料 :-
新鲜番茄     1粒
芹菜             10克
凤梨             200克
苹果             200克
柠檬             1/4杯
蜂蜜             适量
冰块             1杯
冷开水         500cc

制法 :-
1。将全部水果先洗净;番茄,芹菜,柠檬连皮切块,苹果去皮,去籽核,切块,凤梨去皮,
      切块。
2。水果和蜂蜜,冷开水 200cc,冰块同时倒入调理机中,充分搅拌成泥状。
3。最后加入300cc的冷开水,调匀果汁即可享用。

** 番茄性寒,消食利尿,清热凉血,预防癌症。果肉中含丰富维生素 A, B, C, P, 矿物质钠,钾,钙,镁,鏻,铁,锌,茄红素,有机酸,果胶纤维,水分;有助于分解肠道食物,促进体内新成代谢,减少有害物质型成,降低胆固醇。


Mixed fruit juice with Tomato

Ingredients :-
1                  Fresh tomato
10g              Celery
200g            Pineapple
200g            Apple
1/4 cup        Lemon
Adequate     Honey
1 cup           Ice cubes
500cc          Cold water

Method :-
1. Rinse fruits. Peel tomatos, celery and lemon. Peel apple & remove seeds; then peel pineapple & cut into
    pieces.
2. Place fruits, honey, 200cc of cold water & ice cubes into  the blender. Cover the blender, finely blend.
3. Add 300cc of cold water and mix into jucie. Remove & serve.

** Tomato is cold in nature. It improves digestion, diuretic, expels heat, cooling blood and prevent cancer. Tomato flesh is rich in vitamins A, B, C, P and minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, lucopene, organic acids, pectin fiber & water. It improves digestion, promotes metabolism, reduces formation of harmful substances, and reduces high cholesterol.
