老羌水梨茶/Ginger tea with pear
材料/ingredients :-
老羌/Ginger 10克/g
水梨/Pear 300克/g
黑糖/Brown sugar 适量/Adequate
热开水/Hot water 500cc
制法 :-
1)老羌连皮洗净,水梨洗净削去外皮切片去籽核;和黑糖,热开水 200cc 倒入调理机杯中,充分搅拌成泥状。
2)将 300cc 热水加入(1)调匀,即可享用。
Method :-
1) Rinse ginger with skin. Rinse & peeel pear, cut pear into pieces and remove seed. Place ginger, pear & brown sugar into blender, finely blend.
2) Add 300cc of hot water into (1) and mix well, remove & serve =)
**老羌性温,散寒发热,活血止吐。含丰富维生素 C, 矿物质钾,钙,镁,磷,锌和羌黄素;能促进血液循环,温暖脾胃,改善脾胃虚寒,增进食欲,舒缓孕吐,改善关节炎。
